As a woodturner I try to be creative within the bounds of each piece of wood I turn. My turning is bespoke and I prefer to work on unique items. I will take commissions and will do me very best to provide what you are looking for. This picture shows me in my woodturning workshop. I have been handcrafting wood for around 46 years, woodturning is my main passion, but I also love to do wood carving and pyrography and incorporate texturing & colouring into my turning.
I am a member of the Register of Professional Turners RPT
Association of Woodturners of Great Britain, American Association and I’m actively involved in my local Essex woodturning centres, Chelmer Valley, Sandon and Thameside Woodturners. I am also a member of the Association of Woodcarvers of Great Britain.
I have a working studio and gallery at unit 36, Barleylands Craft Village, Billericay. Essex CM11 2UD
I undertake commissions and tuition on a one to one basis.
